You won’t want to miss this extraordinary afternoon of chamber music with members of the LA Opera Orchestra and special guest, pianist Robert Thies. Violinist Ana Landauer, violist Brian Dembow and cellist John Walz will join Robert for Mozart’s sublime Piano Quartet in G minor and Faure’s passionate Piano Quartet No. 2. Also on the program is Beethoven’s intense String Trio in C minor, Op. 9, No. 3, a work of symphonic proportion written for violin, viola and cello.
