Locations
Barrett Hall
Our elegant new recital hall seats an audience of 110. The process involved restoring many of the distinctive architectural features of the original chapel on campus, built in 1929 by Pasadena architect Frederick Kennedy, resulting in a state-of-the-art concert hall and performance space.
PCM Auditorium
PCM Auditorium is a performance space with flexible seating for up to 140 guests. It includes a permanent platform stage, a grand piano, and a large green room.
Studios
Studios are available for rent on an hourly basis.
Availability is extremely limited.
Courtyard
Our courtyard is available to rent in tandem with Barrett Hall rentals.
Make a Reservation
To begin the process of reserving one of our performance spaces for your event, fill out our online Facility Rental Inquiry Form below.
Disclaimer: significant delays in response and processing are to be expected during our “peak seasons” (early-Winter and mid-Spring).
Reservations for the following academic year will not be processed until the end of the current year, which typically falls in mid-June. Holds may be placed on a case-by-case basis and will require a security deposit. We highly encourage all new renters to book a site visit before finalizing a reservation.
Availability of space is extremely limited on weekday afternoons and evenings. Weekday mornings and weekends generally have more availability. As a general tip, making reservations several months in advance allows for the greatest flexibility and choice. We are seldom able to rent out multiple studio spaces simultaneously for larger programs (i.e. camps, competitions, conferences, etc.).
All events held at the Conservatory must be approved by the Director of Programs and Event Coordinator. Rates and policies are subject to change without notification.
