One of today’s most respected and revered interpreters of contemporary repertoire, Gloria Cheng has been lauded in the Washington Post, the New York Times and the LA Weekly for her “breathtaking”, “exhilarating” and “broadly expressive” performances. For this concert Gloria teams up with members of the LA Opera Orchestra for a program of favorite chamber music pieces by composers with whom she has collaborated – among them Billy Childs, Esa-Pekka Salonen, Steven Stucky and Gernot Wolfgang.
