Rachael Denny joined the PCM faculty in 2007, and is tremendously proud of her career at Pasadena Conservatory of Music. She holds a Master of Arts in Music Education and has taught classroom music to young children since 1993. Rachael holds certifications in Orff Schulwerk from the Orff Institut in Salzburg, Austria, from CSULA, and from the University of St. Thomas in St Peter, MN. Mrs. Denny teaches the Baroque to Folk Recorder Ensemble in the Adult Studies department and also serves as department chair of Young Musicians as well as overseeing PCM’s music program for all students at Longfellow Elementary School and the Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts Music Mobile. She is a frequent presenter for Musical Storytime at Vroman’s Bookstore and at the Gamble House.
